Tracking what groups are clicking links in posts?

How are you guys tracking what groups you are posting in are getting clicks?

You can try using url shortening....nd write down each url and the group it was used it then go and check how many clicks you got
 
The simplest way, without buying new domains would be to create an empty directory or subdomain. Then place a redirect in that directory so that visitors would get redirected to the main site or landing page of your choice.

You can post the url domain.com/a in FB group A, and have it redirect to domain.com. Use domain.com/b in FB group B. Then just check you analytics for the stats

Yea, but if you have a lot of groups it's a pain.

I could create a script that will do what I want, but not sure if fb group posting is worth my time. So I don't want to waste my time creating a script.

What would be nice is a program that gets all you groups from your FB account and automatically creates the links for each group.

Another option would then be to have the program login to a url shortener and create a link for the link.

It would also be nice if it had stats.

This would actually really not be that hard to build. Anyone know of one?
 
Get a VA to do it while you assess the the profitability of a custom script.
