This can easily be done yourself in most cases, use something like Yoast or all-in-one-SEO (plugins)

i do have it installed. but dont you have to do something particular like post a content with your keyword and so on ? like i want a professional to walk me through it and what to look for and what i need to do to keep the content and seo of the website on good point
