Do I only need the Search Engine Scraper & Data Grabber Pro? That is like $50 lifetime. or is this an addon? I mainly for now want to scrape business emails/numbers/and contact forms to submit to. Also does it actually submit to the contact forms ?

No, you will want to get Paigham Bot itself, the main application. It will scrape Google, Yahoo, Bing etc, and it will also harvest details from websites social media details contact forms etc, submits to contact forms in three different modes (http process, Automated Browser Mode, Manual Browser Mode).

Ok. SO if I have 10 dedicated proxies is that all I will need to do some small runs for contact forms? I guess will need anti captcha too? Anything else I would need to crape and post for contact forms?

Is this easy to set up and run or will I need to invest a bit of time figuring it out?

Oh yeah one more thing.. Can I use this on my desktop and laptop with 1 license?

You primarily need proxies to scrape google. You also have the other option of scraping other search engines like yahoo, aol and bing which are not as strict on IPs like google. I scraped 200k websites with 1 ip on yahoo.

Solving form captchas will increase your success rate by about 15-20%

It all depends on how tech savvy you are. Some people need just a day or two of playing with it, some people get it pretty fast, some people need one on one help. We have tutorials up which are pretty straight forward.

1 license is only good for one machine.

I would like to sell office keys, I must then also zb office keys with the keyword's enter? So what has to do with the theme of Key's?

And then I would still like to know how I can attract German customers ... must I enter then at the keyword's Office key Germany?

I am sorry, Im not exactly certain what you are trying to ask. Could you try to explain your question a little more.

You can load lists of German websites or scrape search engines with specific footprints relating to german websites.

We do not provide support on what keywords or footprints to people, so I can not advise you on this. We only sell the application.
