Sued by uploading a Youtube Video

Hey guys some days ago I uploaded a show called "Play The Whistle" on my Youtube channel and I dont earn any money on it since the company "ITV" has activated monetize thing. Can you still get sued?

they already monetized it directly when it was uploaded it got like audio monetized
