Need advice on what to do

Hey there fellas,

So a few years ago, i bought this domain forexjunkie.com (forex related domain)and got to work on custom website from scratch and spend a pretty penny on it. I even got 200 + Unique articles for it as well, including hundreds of master resell videos etc. And hundred of ebooks etc

I even got the design ready and website was close to finish, but got some personal problems and had to put the website on hold. Now 2 years later i am left with a dilemma.

I have moved on to a new website that is going quite well, so the question is what should i do with this website.

I see two options:

1: Sell the domain, i got it myself for 500 usd some years go from sedo.com...should be able to get the same i hope.And then just ditch the content and custom website design etc...kinda sucks to do so.

2: Establish the website, add content and bring in traffic , then improve TF /DA to as decent level and then sell the website on flippa or anywhere.

Truth be told i dont feel like working on the forex nitch right now, what would you guys suggest here ?

Worth doing some work and putting all together and bring in traffic and increase TF/DA, and then sell ?

Anyways, i would appropriate if you guys could give me a hint on what i can expect from the domain only in its current state. It over 11 year old domain, not spammed

I will be working on the new website, the question is it worth it to put that work in on the forex site to make it rank and then sell or not ?

The new website is in the drone/quadcopter nich and is doing awesome and hope to make it into a massive site, allready got 800+ articles..majority over 500 and 1000 words.
