VCC Funded by PayPal?

I'm trying to find a VCC (virtual credit card, could be debit doesn't matter) that I can fund using PayPal balance.

Please please PLEASE reply if you know of one!

Edit: I'm from Canada if that helps anything lol, and probably need to fund the VCC with about $100

Your paypal needs to be from a country that allows withdrawal to vcc. Some European countries has this option.

Entropay may work with Paypal for withdrawal (last time I checked it did) but you may need both accounts to be under same name.

Depends on how much do you have to withdraw on that VCC I can help you without any problem at all. One of the options is Payoneer also.

Open Payoneer account, you will have a bank account attached, put that into your paypal - withdraw money on it and when you will receive the mastercard from them you can access the funds no problem.

They will give you a back account number thst is linked to your payoneer card.

No. You don't. Also you can use Entropay - create vcc after account creation, link vcc to your paypal and withdraw. Fees are small.
