There are a lot of external links from that page. What is the average external links?

Sometimes scholarship links are placed on separate page having one link only to your site....sometimes links are placed on common pages.....external links vary from site to site....keeps on changing....old one getting removed and new one are being added..

It would not be much worth if the edu site is linking to every website.

If you receive applicants then should pay them the scholarship....but till date we have seen no one applies for such programs......also there are minimum criteria to apply for scholarship like unique article, 1000-1200 words length...so no one will be willing to do that....so no applications practically

May be I do not know....but all the big gurus like Neil Patel, Backlinko etc are backing for such type of links....i think edu links are little different when compared to other sites....because genuine edu links are so hard to get ....so if u get these they pass lot of trust and authority...

It is not like they are getting $500 for writing 1000 words article and applying for scholarship.....there will be others who may also apply....and chances of getting selected are very slim...that is what is the mentality if i put myself in place of applicant....also they will have to write great article only then they stand a chance to become winner....

Yes ...all the requirement shall be listed on the scholarship page.....minimum one number of scholarship will do fine...maximum is your choice.

Dont know ...we never tried with gambling sites...we think that they may not accept them as these links have to pass a review by edu administrators or financial coordinators.....so it is safe to say sorry at the beginning rather than at the end....

Sir i think our mainaim is to get high authority edu links.....every thing comes secondary....If u notice these links to http://10beasts.com/2016-finalists/#fifth have resulted in their page authority of 36 and they are having 52K traffic as per semrush and it is not even one year old site...they mush be earning in abt five figures....so, I think this a proving that these links have very big roll to play.

Well the main reason behind asking this was to find out if you can get links from edu websites like this http://www.tmcc.edu/financialaid/types/scholarships/external-scholarships/
Which do not allows too many websites since getting a link from an edu site which links to any is not a tough job.
