Yea, that only applies to current updates. If this is one coming up, you don't know if your "tricks" will work. There's a few tricks involving passing authority and not bad penalties..

Ofcourse! Thats the SEO Game, try things that might work for you isn' it?Yea, that only applies to current updates. If this is one coming up, you don't know if your "tricks" will work.
Exactly, but why risk it all on a hunch? The update hasn't even hit your sites right? So why change?Ofcourse! Thats the SEO Game, try things that might work for you isn' it?![]()
They did, they had terrible linkbuilding and has been shown in this update.Exactly, but why risk it all on a hunch? The update hasn't even hit your sites right? So why change?
If you did terrible linkbuilding, why redirect it?They did, they had terrible linkbuilding and has been shown in this update.
The only reason I haven't go onboard is because supposedly having blasts of comments in blogs, networks with sidebar links, etc, would not only not make me rank better but throw me in hell. The exact opposite has happened. If it converts it converts
Why are you complaining and not just getting on board? Sit there whining about how BH SEOs keep out-performing you, whilst they are making $$$.
Seriously, look at what they did. Then compare it to what you did. Write down all the differences and make a judgment for yourself.
This wasn't magic keeping their sites in the SERPs, they outplayed you.
I will keep using generated trash making $$ thanks.
Contacted the sellers and got the penalized links removed. Lets see how it goes from here
Doesn't google just devalue de-indexed PBN links completely anyway? Or does having links from a penalized domain hurt your money site
I had one sitewide internal link with exact match anchor. But we're talking about rankings completely wiped out here, not a drop of 2-3 spots. I don't think it's your case. Those of you who got hit, how was your internal link profile?
I have lost a couple places on one of my sites. What made me think is that one of the pages has only 3 external links and they are solid. But I had sitewide internal links with exact match anchor to those pages in a main menu dropdown. Each link contained the word "review". Like "blue widget review", "green widget review", etc. My guess for now is that they have gotten stricter about those internal links. I have removed them from the main menu. The pages will either drop further due to lost linkjuice or shoot back up.
Anyone has experience with overoptimized internal links? Maybe I should have left links without the word "review"... Blue widget, Green widget, etc.
I checked my Site Daily using Software. But I check manually once per week.Ah. Okay how often do you look at the rankings?
