I created 4 new websites about 6 days ago.

2 of them are on weebly.com, one is a blogger blog, and the other is a wordpress blog on a domain.

On these 4 sites, I've used combinations of small xrumer blasts, autopligg, social bookmarking, articles, and blog commenting.

I still have 0 links on EVERY SITE.

The domain is indexed now, and even within the first 100 results on google, but still, not a single backlink.

I've used Yahoo site explorer, and the google link: operator to look up my links.

What's the deal here? I've never had this problem before.

EDIT: I forgot to say that if I lookup my urls in quotations, I can find a few sites in google's index that are linking back to me, but they aren't counted as links.

yeah, just wait. link building takes time ... even with xrumer

from my experience (the way it wordked 1-3 years ago): backlinks are not updated frequently. if i am not mistaked that happens as often as pagerank is updated. correct me someone if i am wrong

also keep in mind google wont never count all spidered backlinks as backlinks (strange sentence, but you probably know what i mean)

Iknowjack, I think you are very, very mistaken. That would mean that google would only rank sites when they did a page rank update.... Also, if you are talking about the link: operator, that just doesn't tell all of the backlinks a site has. Use Yahoo site explorer, it's better.

It's just weird, cas I'm normally indexed within like 2 days.

sorry, my bad, yeah i was reffering to link: thingy. i have some site where that didnt change for 3 months or so (it showed around 300 for 3 month, although i did atempts to increase it, but that was 1-2 years ago)

if your looking to see some of your links just search your site with quotes and also in yahoo type in site:(yourdomain)
