Create a network of 5-10 hot chick pages. Post in various groups dedicated to your niche. Watch the guys flock. Invite them to your group. Rinse, repeat. Make sure you have content in your group.
One thing I've seen that probably helps is there's a group with people who change the name of the group daily. Each time it sends out a notification that the group name has changed. I'm sure that draws in curious people cause it has caught my interest a few times

So, you're saying that the new group membership will still be targeted because the hot chicks will be posting in other niche-related groups, right? That's pretty smart to use sex for marketing. I wonder if it works the other way round, too (using hot hunks to attract females)?
How is changing the group name having any impact on attracting new members? I mean, the notifications go to the existing members only, no?

Yea hot chicks are definitely a good way to start a facebook group. It is only used to get the starting users if your group is big enough people will join naturally.
