Do you think I need a shop at the beginning?

Top-Shop EUR 54,95
Premium-Shop EUR 254,95
What are the advantages of these Shops?
They offer for the Top-Shop 2,5% at the selling commission and 5% for Premium-Shop. Do you think that pay off to take a shop?

I don't know exactly what are the benefits of a shop in your location, but in US, it's worth the lowest level shop for the free 250 listings. Some people think having a shop increases your visibility, but it my experience it does not, until you have an anchor store and even that's iffy, in my opinion.

if you send traffic to ebay's EPN will the traffic be tracked and eligible for monetization?
The traffic itself is useless, unless it converts. From what I gather, it's easier to do with Amazon than eBay.

if i placed a button in an android app that is labelled "Amazon" that when clicked takes users to amazons site (using affiliate link) is that trademark ingringement?
Well that is technically infringement if Amazon wants to press the issue. You may want to ask Amazon whether such tactics would get you banned. But why would your button even say "Amazon"? Wouldn't it be as effective if you put a "Buy This Item Now" button?

The whole point of selling on eBay and pay their high fees is it shouldn't cost you anything extra to promote

I have a legit aged and well-used ebay account with "above average" seller rating from selling some random things around the house over the years. This account has no problems at all. It's 100% clean.
My legit paypal is equally aged, verified, well-used, and in good standing. There are some resolved marks on my account from where I tried selling bitcoins a few years ago and got scammed by my buyers. During the resolution process I learned that ebay and paypal aren't the same company and don't share info/databases freely any more. Also I found that Paypal keeps the marks on your account even after you have resolved the issue!
I also have a legit Amazon Prime account. No problems!
I am considering getting into selling a little more seriously. My goal is around 2-3k a month. I don't expect to dive in headlong or go full-time at this especially at first. I'm hoping to do no more than $500 a month at first, scaling up over time.
Do I really need a stealth account?
Should I try the Amazon trick at this scale or would it kill all my real accounts?
Would drop-shipping from one or two US suppliers be better?
Should I be worried about those resolved marks on my otherwise good Paypal?
Would getting things shipped to me with Prime then sending them to sellers myself be a good idea or just too expensive?

Not unless you want to start selling risky branded items, but I would age a few backups just in case, because if you want to drop ship, as you state below. You have to recognize that drop shipping means that a large part of the process is out of your control.
If you do it right, it should not kill any of your accounts, unless they change their policies in the future. A lot of it depends on what you sell.
I'd rather have one drop shipper who got his act together, but if you are selling fungible items, then it's always a good idea to have back up sources.
If the infractions were years ago, I wouldn't worry about them.
The problem with this is delivery time. A lot of times you will see that the prices on amazon/ebay will fluctuate and you won't be able to resell the item at profit.
Paypal is a lot safer to call than eBay in my opinion, UNLESS you're doing something that is against TOS or doing something that is known to be risky like selling digital goods. The important thing is when you call in, do not give any info that is contrary to what you used to register the account. The risk with calling paypal/eBay is that every time a human is talking to you about your account that means the person is looking at the account. That may cause problems if they pick up something and link to you other accounts.

With regards to verification, after you sell a certain amount paypal asks to prove your identity, they ask for pictures of a bank statement/bill, an ID and a social security card: does paypal actually check anything with the SS number, like what if the name doesn't match the number for example? Or is it like the bank account# in that they just care if it exists and they can't actually verify the information beyond that it exists?
I know about making an LLC and getting a tax ID number, but I don't care about that for now.

Paypal does not do this just because you sold a certain amount unless you start moving vast sums. I have never been asked to send in proof of identity from paypal, on accounts I've sold $50K a year on. I'm almost 100% sure that this is a function of what you sell and your money flow pattern.
1. The SS# can be used to cross check public information such as your credit report and 2. I STRONGLY recommend that you do not give fake social numbers since a. it's potentially a felony, and b. IRS will come after your ass if paypal gives out a tax statement to IRS and tax return filed on that SS does not match what paypal sends them.
Generally they won't do anything until people start complaining. If it ships from the same country as the item location they probably won't do anything but if you list something as shipping from California but it actually ships from China, in the long run they will probably ban you if they ever do a manual review.

1. In general, if you already know what your niche is going to be, it's probably better if you just start selling lower cost items in or related related to your category rather than selling unrelated $1 items then suddenly start selling $500 items. What would you think if a seller sold a bunch of $1 ice cube trays and then suddenly started listing $500-$1000 automotive parts? The goal always should be to look natural so a eBay employee going over your sales doesn't think that it looks shady.
2. This is my opinion only, but when building an account for long term, it should be a balance between the total number of transactions vs. length of continuous sales rather than packing as much transactions as possible to build a rep., as I personally think a year of 10 sales a month looks more legit to eBay than 200 sales in two months and then switching to something more expensive.
3. I've had success with high value (high value, not high risk) item accounts with just starting listing high value items, right off the bat, because you then look like a newbie who don't know any better. This way it's more difficult to get a first few sales but once you break through, you look totally legitimate.
