Free alternative for Google Keyword Planner

The range that the google tool is giving isn't enough for me i need a more precise value of the number of searches. So is there a similar free tool to google keyword planner that gives more precise results?

You need an active Adwords funded account campaign to get the results you're looking for as opposed to the 100-500 type results.
