Dude, re-read the FollowLiker start-up settings. This will help you with many, many things, Including how to speed up the process.
Go to File-General-Settings
Change Automation Interval to seconds, instead of minutes. Walla!
Now, don't go trigger happy. Too fast and IG will block you. So test, a little here, a little there.

How can you test it? Will you get some form of "warning" if you get close to being blocked or will you just find out that it was too much after being blocked?

You'll get blocked. Once that happens, you know what your limits are. So don't go doing 1 second likes, because everybody, aged account or not, would be blocked.

"Blocked" means the account will be deleted forever? So how can you test it then? With separate "test" accounts instead of the main account? I only have one account (new to all of this!).. Thanks!

No, it's just a temporary block. Usually 24 hours before you can do that action again.

Oh ok that is good to know! So how does it work with IG, you can get a certain number of temporary blocks and then at some point you get permanently blocked if you continue too much?

I don't think you ever really get permanently banned unless you completely fuck up. However, I do believe that (from my experience) you can be flagged as an illegitimate account if you spam too quick.
