How to find instagram influencers based on topic & location?

Hi,

could anyone give me some advise on how to find instagram influencers based on keyword & location? I want them to be in a specific niche and a specific country.

Via hashtags does not work because many of the hashtags commonly used in that niche are international, e.g. "#fitness".

Yeah ok. Like I said I am looking for way without the hashtag. Most influencers that I am aware of in my field don't use these location tags so it would not be an efficient and reliable method..

I regularly check the "Top Posts" at the top of locations or hashtags. Then, once you find a few influencers you like, you can see their similar accounts with the similar accounts feature (mobile app only).

Look up any location in the app. you'll see a section of "top posts" that shows the recent 9 top posts on that location

Thanks! But I am not interested in finding the top posts of a particular location!

I am interested in finding the top posts/influencers in a particular niche in a country, that is very different. How can I do that systematically?
I basically want to combine 1) topic related hashtag and 2) a location filter (or any other method that will give me the same result)!
