I built more than 12 high authority expired Tumblr blogs spread over some days
Some other authority links from image and doc site were also built
Then blasted these links with over 100k GSA comment

It highly depends on niches but i don't think 12 tumblrs blogs can do any heavy lifting. Suggest you to build more high quality PBN links.

You're fine, it's just a Google dance. That many links directly to your money site isn't that bad. How many links from image and doc sites?
And next time, if you're gonna blast GSA focus on contextual links, avoid Russian and Chinese sites.

I have more than 130 links from high authority sites like wordpress,redbubble,pinterest,webnode and so on. I have done on page SEO and the article length is almost 2000 words

One of my websites is in the same position , dances like crazy theres no saying where it will be tomorrow, I know for a fact I had used a retarded seo who since then I fired , I have not disavowed the crap directed towards my homepage. Instead I have created more content and better BL. Now you reminded me, hopefully I will start deleting the bad links sooner.

It all come down to the competition and the niche, in most cases, public platform links ( however high authority they're ) alone won't make it for med-high competition search terms. You may also want to check how many of your links are picked up by Google yet.

Those are not high authority sites, they are web 2.0s, social networks that contain very little juice.

@Peter Ngo is right. Either buy an expired domain and build your own PBN or check the Marketplace and have someone build it for you.
You could also buy posts from real sites here. Just read all the reviews first and you should be able to tell if they're selling posts from real websites with real traffic or just PBNs.
As for the links you have already built, like I said before you can build contextual tiers in GSA if you have experience with it.
Or find a seller here to blast it, but if you're going down that route I focus you spend your money on the other two options above.

I used the SEO spyglasss to identify the spam links. I removed manually all the links from a particular domain identified and disavowed them on Google webmaster

The red bar indicates a significant change i n Google algorithm that can affect SERP

Average pos 39 just means the site ain't ranking. You gotta work this up to the first page for starters.

yea, being on the 2nd positionin my nicheand experience is like not being on google at all , in my niche they dont look past the 3rd position. One of my moneysites ranks on 5th position on the 1 st page and it hardly gets any business.

Penguin 4 dances are super erratic, it's the old Matt Cutts tactic of "breaking your spirit". Just keep building and eventually it should rank, being you use the right types of links / anchor texts.
