Tumblr gives you limited access to your site. Pretty limited for a main site.
DA does not really help here, and PA has limited effect on search engines here

understand friend,but if i send more links this my aged tumblr the PA and DA increases faster that a new domain,and after i can redirect for a main site with a simple banner in the home page of the tumblr,whats you mean?

I have some Tumblrs running with PA around 30-35, and still some of them are not even listed in G.
Most of them needed more than 2 months
A new domain on the other hand is usually much quicker there, so thats just my experience on it.
Also you will have most links nofollow

no, mixed. I dont complain, and its fine as tier 1 oder tier 2, but otherwise I prefer to invest some few bucks for a real doamin, and sometimes a dropped domain.
