Ok i'm setting up my shop i've added 3 collections and i just added a product it looks really good but.. When you click on the collections it shows the product its title, price, picture, ect. But the picture has 2 huge White Bars been messing around while couldnt fix it... Only on the collections once you click it under Purchase Info it looks normal.

Edit: Also, while im here is there any other way of customizing a layout in Collections? I did it for Featured products (Grid view) but couldnt find anything for Collections.

Are you using a free theme? If so, hop on live chat with them (online 24/7) and tell them about your problem. They will tell their theme guys and they will fix it. You get free 1 hour coding with them for small changes btw

right click open in new tab? Edit: Like the example in the pic is bad because of the white background on the example pic but the page with the acually Product Photos just looks terrible with the black page and white bars with the aspect ratio.
