Hello OP

I'm trying to Forwarding a Domain with a CPA offer link. suddenly appear a message.

how can i fix that.

Remove all cookies/cache/site data and then refresh the page. If you are lucky, this might be fixed.
If not you have to contact the customer support team

There are threads about this error on the Godaddy community forum. Check if your domain is in pending or active status (e.g. if you change contact info, it goes to pending status). If it's in active status, do what Ding Dong suggested above, that supposed to be the solution. Apparently this error can appear, when you try to change the forwarding multiple times within an hour and sometimes domains get stuck in the non-eligible position.

i remove the history browser and it worked. thanks guys
