Received the delivery of 20 Gmail PVA accounts. None of them work. All ask for Phone or mail verifications. Emailed the seller, sent pm. No response.

I know I could talk to the seller about the issues (and I have about some) but I need to be honest for the sake of other buyers also.
MY REVIEW
I have done 3 orders with this seller, first time I ordered 10 or 20 test accounts (don't remember), second time I ordered 100 YT PVA accounts and third time I ordered 200 YT PVA accounts.
The first order was fine and I got the accounts almost instantly.
On the second order, even though this sales thread does not have a delivery time shown (weird.. I thought all BST had to have one), the seller told that the delivery time is 24-48h. I got my accounts around in 5 days or smth. I emailed the seller and he told that he had trouble with phone verifications. I got 87 accounts delivered and I told him to deliver the remaining 13 when he gets them ready. I never saw those 13 accounts (it's half my fault because I told him I will remind him on Skype but I did not because of xyz reasons).
Anyways, on the third order, I ordered 200 accounts and it took almost a week to get them delivered. The seller was quick to respond to my email about payment etc stuff but when 3 or so days had passed I still had not received the accounts. I sent him an email and asked about the accs, no response, wrote to him on Skype, no response. Then I wrote to this thread on which I finally got a response that he was out of town and the accs were delivered pronto.
I understand that there are hick ups at times but you need to notify the buyer on these kind of delays. Just post on the sales thread saying that you will be out of town for couple of days and the delivery will be delayed a bit.
Out of 200 accounts, around 15 or so asked me to phone verify when I logged in. That's ok.. could be a proxy issue so I verified them. What I DO NOT like though is that some of the accounts were previously used for comment spamming in youtube. I could see the replies under my notification bell icon in youtube that people had responded to my comments. The accs were used to spam gaming niche (hack, cheats) like 2 weeks ago. Not all of the accounts but some where (no idea how many because I will not log into all the 200 accs to check that but out of like 10 I checked, 2-3 were used for that purpose). So.. I have no idea if somebody is still using these accs or not. I don't have time to go through all 200 accs to see how many are like this.
I am doing yt commenting myself and this kind of thing can really f-up my success rate (comments getting ghosted) as YT is super anal about this atm.
Overall, I will give this service a 4/10.
The lack of communication, the delays in delivery, selling accounts that have already been used and some of the PVA accs needing to reverify (might be my proxies fault) do not allow me to rate this service any better.
Overall.. I will be using this service as a last resort but I will be trying out other sellers from now on.
EDIT: The seller took contact with me and promised to send me the missing 13 accounts tomorrow.

Update: After the complain on the thread, the seller replaced the emails that were not working. I think if the customer support is made better, the service will be ok again. Thank you

I received your message at 1.30 and replied you at 6.30.
Unlike others, support is provided only when we are online as no one would reply when they are asleep hope you got the point.
But still tried to fix it as soon as the see the message.
Cleared them as promised.
