No, you bought premium member. You should have bought jr VIP but you need to be here 6 months and have 100 posts.

If you have been a member of the forum for at least 60 days, and have made at least 100 posts, your $97 donation will promote you to a Jr. VIP membership, which allows you to access the hidden Jr. VIP forums and allows you to submit threads into the marketplace subject to marketplace terms and conditions.

First and foremost you need to become a Jr. VIP (requirements: 100 quality posts and at least 60 days on the forum). The Jr. VIP membership has a $97 yearly fee (+VAT if you're an EU citizen). Then when you're a Jr. VIP, you need to send your sales thread for approval. When it's approved, you need to pay $30 to make it go live and keep paying $30/year to make it stay that way.

Or you can skip this and become a BHW Marketplace Seller for $499/year + $30/year for the sales thread.

Your current membership level is no good for selling. It is in bold and pink on the account upgrade page:
