Funnel page for 7878 method

Hi,
I've preparing to launch my very own 7878 venture. I have a technical wordpress question for you guys: I can create a simple page with these clickable thumbs up or down

but I'd like to be able to create a row of 5 stars that would change on hover and change the landing page to Xpage if the users selected like 3 or 4 or 5 stars.

any ideas how to do this on wordpress ?

5 different images, each image linked to a different page. The first two stars link to your comment form, the next three stars link to a review site.

I know with some js I can change the state of the image on hover but any ideas how I could do this for all of the stars ?
I don't know if I'm very clear, but I'd love it to look like google reviews where when you click on the 3rd star the first 3 ones are highlighted in yellow... Am I making any sense? oO !

That makes sense but you're redirecting so it's just a link and doesn't need to change on a mouse click. If you were keeping the user on the page and using an iFrame that would be different. An iFrame isn't a good idea here, just an example.

I'm trying different stuff then and going for simple is best.
I have another question you might be able to help me answer which has little to do with this actually!

When users are going to be redirected to Google, won't google blocks their review because of the referrer they are going to get (like a website and it wouldn't take a long time to google techies to get the point of my buffer/funnel site...).
Is a solution to block the referrer? And do you know if that's the purpose of platforms like http://nullrefer.com/

That's long been a problem with all sorts of funnels. When you redirect to the website, Yelp especially, will likely filter the review. Google and Facebook aren't as troublesome, but Yelp is very strict.

I don't know if blocking the referrer will help. The best way is for someone to open the Yelp app, and find the business "Nearby" and check-in and then leave a review. Second best is opening the app and searching for the business. Direct linking to the business is the worst way, but most common in funnels.

Thaanks again BHopkins. It's really too bad that I can only give thanks once Yelp seems to be a lot of pain. Any workaround for this? Because getting the customers to fulfill all these steps can be quite a lot of work... Unless you presell the importance of the feedback... Off the cuff, I can imagine you can maybe implement a specific campaign only for Yelp.
