I tried many different types of videos, solo, cpl, 3some, lesbian ect and it doesnt seem to make any difference, I only upload in hd. Actually 1 of my videos which got 260k views in 2 days was solo girl with dildo - average video, another one which got 50k views was also solo girl, none of the videos with cpls, 3somes ect ever got more than 50k views.

You're probably not using enough tags. Make sure to use tags because without them it;s impossible for people find your video.

Also don't set your profile to private and wait a while, xvideos takes about one month to rank videos.
