Automating Instagram to Affiliate Referral Page

Hi, was wondering if anyone has done this successfully where they have automated their instagram page or heard of anyone doing it where basically, it gets the targeted audience clicking the referral page link kind of like a funnel between Instagram and the referral's website.

Would be great to see it automated for something like AliExpress. Put up link, people click, some buy, you rake in commission.

No, for example say I create XYZ account and it's dedicated to selling Men's T-shirts on AliExpress. Let's call the account for example, "TeesOnAli" and I get 1000 followers. Can I market that instagram in a way where I can run an auto like or auto follower to grab in a new audience every day with the chance they might click on one of the pictures I have listed that has a link to an affiliate? Like a really cool picture of a tshirt is posted as an Instagram post, new follower comes on, sees it, likes it, clicks the photo sees the link orders and bam I make commission ? Times 10 that would be some good added income, no?
