an article writer cheating

A few days ago I hired an article writer from Blackhatworld. He gave me skype id, so I contacted in Skype and gave him $60 for a 5k word review article. But he is not responding me.

I can show you all of our Skype conversation.

He claims that he is native English writer, but I think he is an Indian because hi's PayPal id is Indian.

I know I am not supposed to post here, but whoever hid the private parts of the conversation on the first two sets didn't do a very good job because I can clearly see through everything. Maybe you would like to fix it.
