using real phone numbers/simcards are a way to go..
Online/public free phone numbers that have been used by others will banned
your IGs and most of them won't work aswell.

Many here recommend using sim card because they handle few accounts, but imagine handling 100 accounts and using a lot of simcards, it would be crazy.
If you can invest a little, in a web called nexmo sell numbers for 0.80 $, I do not know if they work today but I think that if you can try by entering a number in an account and see if instagram does not say that you try with another number. The free numbers that are on the internet seem to be working again, for some days it comes with one and the account has not yet been banned, so if you create disposable accounts you could try it for now until instagram starts blocking them, greetings
