I saw a thread round here and can't find it to add to it so will just repeat and add my small input to it.
1. Set your follow sources to accounts with 500k plus.
2. Wait a little while (1 week - month)
3. Go to the results section and export results.
4. Open in Excel and use this formula in a cell to work out how many followers followed back:
Obviously adjust the C and F values to however long your document is and the account name to one of your follow source accounts.
Then do the same formula in a different cell but with No instead of Yes to show how many didn't follow back.
Then add another cell which adds the two together. This is your total.
Divide the followed back by the total and format the cell to show as a percentage.
5. Delete the worst performing accounts and boost your follow back ratio!
