i didn't even get to log into my account, i had to go to my page to see this

'This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices, and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations.'

WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN??
i already had 2 copyright strikes so i assumed it was another copyright strike!
i had over 1500 videos and had just recently started booming, going from 4.5-9.5k subs, and $1-1.5k a day the past few days!
could it be that they looked into my account because i was starting to make so much?!?
will i still get paid the money i made?? i'm doubtful.. will my adsense be banned? i can still log onto it and it doesn't say i'm banned.
GOD I'M SO F'ING PISSED.

The title says it all as does your admission, and I quote:

That's an oxymoron as black as snow.

not quite, people can get away with it pretty much indefinitely in cases where it's used in a compilation or when it's an old clip. some stuff is just much higher risk than others.. i was greedy.

Similar thing happened to me 3 weeks ago. I can't access yt. My adsense wasn't banned. I havent received the revenue (from the banned channel ~4k) I received the money that was earned by other channels tho. I was running 5 channels - 1 of them got banned, then i lost access to yt. The other 4 are still live and vids are making me money but i cant access them. Tried almost everything to get it back I don't think that you will get it back.

it hurts doesn't it. thanks for sharing that info. i'm not delusional about it i know it's gone.
do we need to use proxies if we were to make new accounts or something? christ that would hinder the upload speed a lot though..

edit: also i'm surprised it didn't just say i was banned due to copyright..
 
Damned if I don't get this quote system! Arggh. Dawniey I take it you have lost an account not just a channel? Or is this how the Ban Hammer comes? First the channel and then the account?
 
maybe i was banned because of something else? it may be possible that i was banned due to politically incorrect content or ppl flagging my videos. i didn't get a specific reason.

How can I verify that any videos that I want to compile is copyrighted or not? Say I'm taking bunch of random youtubers funny moment and make it a montage, will I get warned too and possible banned after that?
Whether it's copyrighted or not, I do think that youtube takes a harsh measure on this one. A warning would be nice before actually banning the account.

i sent a message asking why i was banned because i hadn't 'violated our Community Guidelines, which prohibit spam, scams or commercially deceptive content'.. but i have a feeling my account and my $6,000 is down the drain for good..
 
i can still log into my other accounts and upload. will i be banned if i continue to do so?
