Jeeez, this thread hurts. But hey, I don't want to defend OP but you guys are missing a point here. As far as this thread became just a trolling session, there is something you can take from his "method".
First of all, just take a two minutes of your time and check OP's website. It's really not that hard to find it. Then you will know. This guy doesnt know shit about converting traffic.
A lot of you just assumed that traffic is shit or fake because it doesn't convert on his site. But, even the best targed PPC would not convert for him at all. Self-improvement site with text links in sidebar selling iphone? Who the fuck would click on it.
Pinterest is quite easy to get this traffic, and it can even work with bought repins. Well, until your account and domain get banned.
The thing is, I am pretty confident that his traffic is real and actually high quality. But it doesn't mean it will convert with any shit offer he has on site.
With that said, I woud not recommend anyone to buy repins, even if it works, it will always be just short term method that will fuck you in the end.
