Hi guys i have transferred around $36+10 to a merchant's btc wallet its been 24 hours already but still no confirmation,any idea why its happening and how to resolve it

What is your transaction fee? If it's 0.0001 btc then it might take a day or more depends on load. I always pay 0.0003 btc transaction fee and it won't take more than 20min to confirm.

Maybe, It's too low by default.
Might take some more time. You have to wait and there is nothing you can do about it.

FEE = 0.0001469 BTC

This is too low. You can set this up on your wallet.

thanks guys for the response as wingspro suggested used the accelerator lets see how this works

not too much , almost 20$
but if the transaction succeed with u let us know

Its really starting to become a pain in the ass to deal with bitcoin, I thought I lost like $26 a few weeks ago when an order got cancelled because the btc transaction wasn't confirmed, luckily steam got it and the cancellation was reversed.

Recently the time it takes to confirm transactions have increased a lot. It takes around a 1-2 days for my transactions to get confirmed (using default fee present inside Multibit HD wallet). Do not worry though because as long as you had some fee attached, your transactions will go through.

Also give this a try: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

It helps sometimes. (edit: That website is under maintenance for next few hours.)

Just faced that problem last week and lost my bucks

That's not possible. Either the receiver gets the btc or you get it back to your wallet, there is no in-between. There may be an indefinite delay though. What's the transaction id?

I see that yours is confirmed already. Next time put a better fee or ask a miner to include it in their block.

sorry for late reply , thanks a lot guys for helping me out.within 1 hour the payment went through
