Hi, I have four main questions (but question 1 does have 3 sub-questions, sorry )

Question One:

How are your staff at citation building for local SEO? It'd be like this:
1) Specific lists of sites will be provided
2) Their job may also be hunting down other citation sources (I'll provide the methods for them to follow to do this, of course)
3) Any extra sites they find via the above (2), they would need to submit to me to approve before they get added to the lists of sites to use for live work

Question Two:
In addition to the above, I may have a few other (similar) sort of tasks. If I hired a VA full time, would they be okay having specific jobs to do when they come up, and a list of other tasks that they can do during quiet times? (likely to be social media related, submission work, or research - but no complex research really, just sources for stories, sometimes facts etc).

Question Three:
I am based in the UK, will the staff be online during UK office hours? If not, will there be any overlap at least? (Not sure what timezone your staff are in and what hrs they work).


Question Four:
Will your staff sign NDA & non-compete agreements?
