Hi, I pm you twice for the last 2 days but didn't get any reply. Can I get a refund?

It have been 4 days already and yet no response. I requested my refund through email, website and pm and get no response. Most of his software functionalities are broken and he said he have a 7 days refund guarantee. Does anyone know where I can contact him?

We have checked all social services and they are working fine. It seems to me an issue with your social accounts.
And if you still want the refund, please PM me your key or purchase info. Thanks

I am planning to buy this but wondering why turmune said that lots of features of software is not working. What was his problem? Do all features of software work? May forum members get more details on this?

We check bot features on daily basis. And always recommend to use atleast 5/6 social accounts for generating points.
Because when you use 1/2 social accounts. Bot process queries fast and then social networks limit the accounts for 24hours.
That's the reason for errors.

Yes, it works and the ban issue was fixed in 4.8. Current version is 5.0

I had already replied to your ticket. Its windows based software.
You can still use it on linux via virtualbox or any linux supported virtual machine.
