Hello swords12, I'm writing here because I've had some trouble with your service the last couple of months concerning proxies that were cancelled while trying to upgrade. I've already gone the ticket route with no luck. Just 2 days ago I got an email from you wanting feedback on why I've cancelled but thing is I didn't cancel now it looks like for the 2nd month in a row now I'm going to lose the proxies that I've got accounts set up on which I need. I had this similar problem last month and your support guy said there's nothing that can be done to get the same proxies back. I'm hoping not to lose the proxies I'm using now. Can you help me out here?

Unfortunately, we have to remove proxies and assign them to other customers when you fail to pay on your Due Date. Many times, individual PayPal accounts have issues sending automatic subscriptions, so many of our customers that require the same proxies each month opt to pay us manually. That makes it their full responsibility to pay a few days ahead of time so that we have time to process their manual payment and extend their package.

I wouldn't say it's the best you guys have the worst support ever I upgraded my proxies from 200 to 300 and I cant even get access to the proxies you guys better compensate 2 days of the proxies that I paid for

I will not go with you guys as soon as this month finishes! Terrible support and website is down most of the time.

Been with Blazing for about a month. Zero issues. Website easy to use. Very Very fast responses to emails. 50 Dedicated Proxies performing as hoped and I run 24/7. Great price. I had a bunch of bad providers in the past. Then found a really good one, who recently has sort of gone awol. So I tried Blazing and damn good so far. As good as my other formerly excellent provider, but cheaper.
