Watermark your video's with your domain before you upload them. Free tools exist to do this in bulk. Plus if someone tries to reupload it, you'll get free promotion.

Reuploading content you don't own is almost just as bad. But I wouldn't worry about it. In unlikely chance you piss someone off, DMCA is usually only thing that comes and is easily dealt with.

Nobody returns banned accounts. They know what you're doing and don't want you doing it. You can however get a proxy and do any security measures you feel necessary to sign up again.

you dont really need to wait around for the pdf link. the pdf is just the op post in pdf format. redundant.
what do you want to know about crakrevenue? it's a dating cpa network like any other. they give you a link --> you send traffic to the link --> when the traffic buys something or signs up (depends on the offer you pick), you get a commission.

To redirect to your crakrevenue link.
It's much easier to get people to go to a custom domain like "hotcams.com" than an affiliate tracking link like "track.network.com/?a=123456&c=123456&s1=xyz" ...nobody would click that.
You can take it to the next level and create your own landing page..collect emails...or do whatever you want before sending them to the offer.

Depends.
There are free registrars but you will be stuck with a sketchy tld (.TK, .ML, .CF).
You can get .COM's for around $10 pretty much anywhere. Some registrars do $1 domain registration for the first year deals if you look around.
I recommend sticking to trusted .com for most projects. Go for free domain if you have no budget; but first priority should be a .com. In my experience they bring in a lot more traffic which means more money.

Go to namecheap.com and buy your domain name.
Once you buy a domain and have your crakrevenue link ready to go, follow these instructions or ask the support team of the registrar you gave money to: they'll be happy to help a paying customer.
