Treat the limited account like it's radioactive. Anything that touches it will be contaminated.
Every email address, every bank account linked, every name/home address combo, every unblocked phone number you use to call them. IP addresses and MAC addresses and operating systems. They log every communication and retain it for at least 3 years.
If this account ends up being banned, so is your IP, your email, your phone.
If you set up another account with any of those items it will look OK to begin with. Then, after you receive one or two payments, this one will be "associated with a blocked account" and be blocked too. They will keep you money.
They will not block you initially, they usually wait until you receive a payment.
Be very careful while you are objecting to your block. Research Stealth PP Accounts so you know how to protect the rest of your identity from being linked to this one. To open a new account you will need (at least) a new IP address and new user account on your computer (so no cookies).
Good luck
