Can withdraw money after paypal limitation

So, 6 months have passed and now I can withdraw my funds to US bank account. The thing is im not an american, so im posting here if someone can make me a favor. I will withdraw the money $50 to your US Bank account, and you send me $40 on skrill or neteller.

have you tried making a payooneer account? they have a US account service. you could send the money to that us account and it will be in your payoneer account, from there you can transact it to your original bank

I already tried that, it says "Bank account cant be added right now". Probably cause I had Payoneer bank account added before.

i remember that you can transfer money from paypal to another paypal account or withdraw it to your bank account, you couldn't send paypal money to someone elses bank account. i think i remember paypal launching a western union type service too

Well Chow should just make another PayPal account and use the money from there.

No, money cant be transfered. Only withdrawn.

Thats what im trying to do... How can I convert them when they are locked inside my paypal?

Buddy it is not possible to send money from a limited paypal account..

You will only have the option to withdraw.

My account was limited for 6 months and now I can withdraw them, but only to US Bank account. I dont have an US account.
