Sorry if this is the wrong section but I have been thinking of getting a freelancer to create an app like featurepoints/appnana. I have a good audience.

I was talking to a local app dev in my city and they said that it will cost £10,000 - £15,000 i can afford that but im wondering if that's too expensive and where i can get cheaper.
