I wouldn't suggest buying a Crakrevenue account. It will never be on your name and eventually you'll run into problems, most likely get banned when they find out it is not your account.
If you are getting rejected when applying, they probably have a good reason for that. What I would suggest is to build and grow your assets (websites, social accounts etc), start monetizing with other networks (exoclicks, chaturbate, bongacash, plugrush ...) and when you get to a point where you are able to make money with these networks chances are you will be accepted to Crakrevenue too.
The important thing is, when you apply for Crakrevenue you need to show that you already have something built and you are serious about promoting their offers.

Neff, it's not difficult at all. We just require honesty and transparency and some information about your planned promotional strategy or how you'll be generating traffic. Buying accounts are not allowed.
