How does a college campus or large office IP affect Instagram?

Since most of these places are going to have a single external IP, or 2-3 depending on routing, how does Instagram handle these offices/college campuses?

We're always talking about using a single IP (proxy or desktop) for automation for ultimate safety, if I had the ability to bot on a LARGE (Read 3,000+ user) network would that be beneficial to me at all?

You need to bot in a clever way that most emulates a human.
IG is always monitoring for spam behavior that falls outside of what a normal or frequent user would be doing.

well there are lots of things which also ig check like device id, google id, imei, network mcc code, and also some secret things which is we not know about.

Understood, the reason I ask is because I have ~10 computers and ~17 extra phones that aren't being used that I could run bots on each device.

Most instagram users buy proxies because they are constantly doing actions 24/7. Following, liking, commenting, etc. Nothing that the average user would do.

On a campus, I'm pretty sure nobody is doing actions like crazy. They are just watching their feed, liking some posts, sending some messages, following 1 or 2 users, etc.

Plus, all usernames, bios, links, etc are ALL different, there's no connection between them. Another thing, there will be lots of different devices running different versions of the app.

If you look what I said above, I have 10 computers (varying Macbook/Pros/Airs) and 17 phones (iPhone 5,6, android phones) I could use.
