I just submitted a ticket last night asking if i could switch over one of my licences for another one and i provided them my login info and i woke up this morning with all of my licenses invalid. WTF do i do

Yeah they responded to my ticket and told me they couldn't do the transfer, Then they made my licences invalid

Same thing happened to me! I tried upgrading my licenses from 1 account to 5 and now I cant log in!

They asked me 25$ to swich license from one mail to another.They do it ,but ask you for some $$.

They take a fees to transfer the license

i got it fixed but it wasnt easy pretty disappointing
