Anyone have resources or best practices for email marketing? I recently received a very sizable email list 2mil+ of very specific niche emails. Problem is that they're from the last 6 months, so I'm guessing the older they are, the less effective they'll be.

However, I dont know how to properly monetize. Any resources and links would be helpful

I am searching for the same, Even tho i don't even have a list but i want to try this thing out with email/zip submits.

You can give it a go with email/zip submits sign up for free trail on getresponse or aweber you won't be able to send a lot of emails tho but you can definitely shoot fe emails from there you can see what the conversation rate is & if the list is good enough to invest more or not

Niche is finance leads. People in significant debt.

well you can setup your own email server using softwares like interspire/ mailwizz and powermta. You need a dedicated/virtual server and dedicated IPv4

Yes, the older, the less involved. So after cleaning your base and setting up email server consider re-engagement email series to "wake up" your base. You can find advise on this at google.

1. go to fiverr and search for clean my email list gig, i think there is a guy with name mailverify. He will remove bad emails, bounced etc ( try 100k-200k at first )
2. buy a domain setup a smtp server or go with amazon ses. buy Sendy ( google SES if you dont know what it is, ) again try 5k-10k at 1 go
3. setup landing page to gather interested people email and start sending emails via SES
4. check email open rate , find good affiliate offer to make cash

I haven't tried yet but i think maxbounty will work good caus ei have asked the affiliate manager & he said they do accept email marketing & have some good offers for that, So give it a try.

I wouldnt give that list to anyone to clean. That would be giving the list away. Find an affiliate program for debt consolidation? Make a site that is relevant.
