I have a team of 10 workers without knowledge in digital marketing, seo, email marketing...
What tasks could I order to them for help me to generate traffic to my website?

Why don't you teach them simple SEO related tasks?. Lots of useful threads here, YouTube videos etc etc.

You know what I did when I had free work force?

I told my VA to create a Tumblr, Instagram and Twitter in my niche. Find competing pages, do a reverse image search to fund the information about the pictures my competitors pictures. My VA then posted each picture with descriptions which the competitiors lacked. Got some good numbers quickly doing that. Oh, and manually follow/unfollows. Followlikers massplaner etc can't auto-fill description on posts based on reverse image search so 1 point to me, 0 point for massplaner users.

I want to second this. If you can't afford to hire an expert then I'd wager you probably can't afford to pay 10 employees as you try and learn SEO on the fly.

I'd bet on a team of 5 laymen lead by one expert over 10 laymen led by another newbie any day of the week.

Have someone train them on basic SEO, SMM, and other stuff. Getting them equip with the knowledge can help your business in the long run since they will be able to do the tasks you need. Just be wary of their commitment levels though.
