how piracy site handle dmca and takedown

The big ones, like we used to have the pirate bay and kickass torrents were not even listed on google, 99% of their users came to them direct.

Actually I always entered both of them through google and they are still listed on google.

What about movie steaming sites that still gets listed for years.

if piracy sites gets google penalty how they handle it?

Penalty is obvious here... but there are many ways to keep up. Just lurk around - you will get your answer. Don't wish to list them here as already discussed and replied on the forum.

Use offshore hosting. If you get flagged by google for being spam/deceptive, try 301 redirect to a new domain; worked for me.

No, actually you don't. the owner of KAT was arrested a few months ago and the site was shut down, the site you can find now in google is not the original one (actually you can find now 1000's of proxies in google). The pirate bay also change domains each time, the original was taken down a few years ago and the owners served a short jail time.

so when you see at the bottom of the google search
that text abou the DMCA and that have remove site xxx for bla bla, that sites if they want be in google they need to create an ex new site. redirect the old to that.

get an offshore hosting that ignores dmca. please be warned that some offshore hosting tells you that they ignore dmca's but when the trouble comes they will point on you. so you must look for a really good offshorehosting that is really ignores dmca.

- Private whois.
- use proxies when accessing the site. or you can use vpn > vps > site

Well we ignore DMCA 100% if you are looking for a hosting check our thread. its your choice if you ignore the DMCA or not, in the end all they can do is do a domain takedown but you need to be a big bigger in order to provoke that.

Hope this helps. Cheers.

Go for offshore host, best are in Germany and eastern Europe, for google penalty it wil be there so just keep on changing domain name.
