New Scrapebox premium plugin: Metrics Checker

i dont see anything on scrapebox page that says if you need a majestic account or not in order for this plugin to work. do?

This is the most important question - does the plugin need the majestic account(which is very expensive).

If the plugin requires your own accounts then it's an expensive plugin, but if it doesn't require your own accounts, then it's very cheap.

So it WILL work with a free account, but only to the point majestic cuts you off.

If you need to do a lot of checks you need a paid account, which its like $49 I think if you buy 3 months at a time, which is what I do.

As loopline mentioned, you need to enter in your account details. However the plugin is $47 for a lifetime license, with all future updates free. It's not a monthly subscription, nobody can supply a lifetime of Majestic metric lookups for a $47 one time fee unfortunately.

Without a reason the only thing that's a waste of time is your post. Looks like you don't even own the plugin, feedback so far from people who own it has been positive.

We don't have any ETA on adding Automator support, it's a lot of work that will benefit only a smaller number of users as not everyone owns Automator.

The main thing we will be working on initially is adding more metrics services.

Hi, I bought it today thinking it would be a good alternative to URL Profiler, but.. it seems to work exclusively at a domain level. I hope we will implement the Single URL analysis soon, otherwise it's an half waste of money

Yes you do NOT need majestic API. You do have to have an account, but you can get the basic silver account, which does not have access to the API. But you need a paid account, I mean it Will work with a free account, but majestic has tight limits so when your account is out of free queries for the day then it won't work. So if you want to do any bulk you ned a paid account.

It does not support ahrefs at all.

Ive never used a shared account, so I don't know. It just asks for a majestic username and password. Can you go directly to majestics website and login with a user and pass? If so I don't see why it wouldn't work. If you are using some 3rd party control panel to access it so that it hides the majestic login data, then no its not going to work.

You don't need bulk credits or anything, just a majestic account that hasn't already reached its limits.

$47 is a good price. Netpeak Checker now costs $160 a year for basically the same thing.

Based on the screenshot at scrapebox.com it totally looks like you can check "single URLs", and not just domains: http://www.scrapebox.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/metrics.png

Majestic does support proxies, and I do only have 1 majestic account, but it appears that it supports multiple with no limit.

Don't know about the bundle, Ill mail them and get back to you.
