Today I noticed that Scrapebox had released a new premium plugin: Metrics Checker

http://www.scrapebox.com/metrics-checker

I found it pretty expensive compared to other plugins (and considering that most of the metrics in the plugin is already available in other plugins). But I l love Scrapebox. I might consider buying it later.

I think it can be useful for checking expired domains found by the expired domain finder plugin. What do you think?

I see that it says it can show Majestic data, if this is true then in my eyes it is worth it. To my knowledge the other similar tools are currently unable to provide majestic data since they changed their toolbar plugin to be part of their paid plan.

99% of the time, I use Scrapebox to look for Expired properties. Thank you for your very useful information

Majestic data is already available in expired domain finder plugin. So it is not new for scrapebox.

but not in mass scale ....
so i would convince buy it if the majestics is reliable for checking mass domains.
as soon i am back home from vacation i have to check.

i am buying now majestic to check some stuff and its quite expensive....

And I noticed that it does not support automator plugin yet. Without automator support, it is not useful enough for me.

i dont see anything on scrapebox page that says if you need a majestic account or not in order for this plugin to work. do?

Very interesting, I own all of the other premium plugins and actually uses the expired domain finder a lot, usually I use the Page Authority (Moz) plugin to bulk check expired domains, but I have the impression that Majestic CF/TF is a better metric than Moz PA/DA these days, am I right in this?

Yes, you are. And ahrefs is better thab both but harder to check in bulk

I love Ahrefs. But without TF from Majestic, I don't think that you can eliminate bad domains (the ones with spammy links).

I have expired domain finder plugin. In order to use, majestic or moz, you need to enter your account details. So this plugin should not work with majestic without a majestic account either.

Totally agree, TF is the most respected when it comes to spamming but ahrefs is enough for me as I am not into buying expired domains

If you are not into buying expired domains, can I learn your purpose for using expired domain finder plugin?

I never said I use expired domain finder. I hate scraping as it requires a lot of resources, time and proxies.

However, I do a lot of analytics to tens of thousands of domain . Mostly Expired web 2.0, sometimes for finding high blogs for commenting, other times finding websites that have specific things installed.
