A few years ago I used to use a "Website Analyzer" for a website that I managed. Today I met a neighbor who has a blog and would like to give her website the "once over". The Website Analyzer I used to use gave the page load times and also listed all the image files and gave you an idea of which were optimized/compressed and which ones were not, so at minimum a person could get some sense of how quickly the pages loaded and which images might be slowing things down.
Technology changes, so rather than finding the one I used to use, I'd like to get suggestions on what's currently considered good and/or best, and maybe why, such as one might be good for certain things, while another is good for other things.
My neighbor's site is a WP blog, in case that's important. Also suggestions on the best CDN plugin for WordPress because I just looked at the site using a more "general" analyzer, and it appears she does not have a CDN serving her images which will slow the side down quite a bit. At least that used to be true. I assume it still is.
