You could have simply declined, I would've understood.
Almost 50% of the content you sent to me was copied from a Wiki page. Dude... if I wanted that, I could've done it myself rather than waste money, time and then end up disappointed.

I have availed different content services here in BHW but yours is the worst, I did request an edit from you but what the heck, I'll just do it myself since it's just a copy/pasted job anyways.

I apologize for this problem. I checked the images you sent me. I found out that I was editing 2 files yesterday and I sent you the unedited file, that is why smallseotools showed you copy content because I sent you the wrong file. There was a confusion in the name it's the same. I have sent you correct file with reports.
