17,000 emails what to do?

currently I work for a insurance company that I have a list of emails of local people 17,000+ or so more I want start building an email list that I can do campaign for concert tickets site & sport game tickets or for real estate agents listings

any suggestions?

could I just promote local things like game tickets for heat game(I live in Miami) have a mirror site of stub hub but with some few tweaks. even 10% or below convert that's great

For the home (if you can separate) I would try to reach out to local home alarm companies if they would pay for leads. Those are the most expensive leads in the history lol. If you were in the area I would love to buy some leads like that.

in florida is basically public access who owns a house so yes its easy to categorize who owns didn't know home alarm leads were that hot im glad I do now because the company I work for buys 90% home owner leads because our underwriters prefer homeowners

that gives me an idea also home renovation companies could have use for it

Check out PPC prices for home security in your area, you will see. Alarms, surveillance and home automation may be a very nice start. Please don't go to ADT Comcast or ATT - worst idiotic techs and morons over the phone. Find a well established small-medium company and a lot of those will do all three (alarms, surv, automation).

As a secondary option I would look for something that everyone has to do at some point - HVAC check up, filter, duct cleaning, bs. Save energy on upgrading to nest tstat (im sure you heard of this one). Carpet cleaning? Window washing?

Do you have the list legally? Do you have permission to use the list? If not, there could be some issues with anti-spam laws and theft. Also, do not give this list to anyone to "test". They just want the list.

I am developer and I worked for client on some app, he showed me some competition apps, one of those competition apps have security hole and I managed to pull out users database. I have email list of almost 70k users. App is about traveling and I have no idea what to do with 70k email addresses of people interested in traveling I can even get their nationality, current location or where they are planing to travel, well their passwords too if someone want to app in their name

Any suggestions?

Contrary to what anyone says or thinks, that small of a list that old isn't worth anything and probably won't be that responsive.
