Hello. I would like to request a refund. I sent you guys WP details on Jan. 3. I made my order on Dec. 18. It would seem that my order should be a priority but it doesn't seem that way.
Communication was good in the beginning and then became non-existent after the project become more and more overdue. I ordered two sites. Very dissappointed in the service's process. I can't really comment on actual work since my orders are still incomplete.

Ok my website is finished now.
Here is a short review:

My initial order was on 22nd of January. Before the order the communication was great, I'd get replies within 12 hours max usually within 20minutes. I was told I'd get keywords within a day or two. Five days passed and no word from the seller so I posted a reply on this thread.

Few hours after that I had my keywords. I was reccommended a domain that matched one of the keywords but I decided to buy a more broad domain so I can improve the website with time and not be really limited with the name(same niche but a bit more broad term). After I sent the seller the login details for Wordpress he promised that the site would be done on 1st of February.

On that day the website was only half finished , but I must say he did a good job of adjusting to the change in name I made. So a week passed with nothing from the seller on when will the website be finished (I sent PM on the BHW and an email , no replies) I posted yesterday here on the thread (since it worked the first time) and today , the day after the post I received everything that was needed for the website.

The website looks good and I like the articles on it. Really can't ask better for the price. Only thing that I didn't like was the communication with the seller between the order and the completion of the website.
