Yes, you may get a ban if a manual reviewer see your porn pic or bot detected that, but I can see a lot of soft dating site use adsense too, its a risk though.

You need to set all photos on your dating site to manual approval. So you must check and manually approve all photos. This is what i do with my dating site. Also i would recomend you set it so that no one can use the system until their photo is approved by you. Then that way you eliminiate most of the spammers and scammer.
