Plenty of automated tools that can do this for you, 5 minute search will acquire that for you. If your not interested in automated bots, than figure out how to duplicate there method manually. (which is what I figured out prior to discovering automated systems for IG).

Your best bet is manually duplicating what these programs were doing, checking the demographic area Check ins for the location you want to target. If you only wanted a certain indian demographic, look into businesses and places people visit or shop, see who checks in, see who likes there post about them being there or checking in, target those people. Hope this helps.

You are right. I have been targeting those people manually. Looking for a good and affordable automation service now. Anything you can suggest?
